Havn't done a piece for quite a while. This sentence could pretty much be put in every one of my deviation's descriptions so this will be the last time; that's if I remember to omit it in the hopefully not too far future. 
I began this one months ago, leaving it as just as lineart and I decided to take it up again - using my trademark "Lazy Background with Lots of Fo Rizzle Effects to Make it Look Pretty Anyways" technique, which tends to work quite well. despite its flaws.
As for the characters; the Mitalve sisters, Karen and Elise. As for long-time no see element: energy ball (yay!).
Tools used was Photoshop as per usual.
